Lunar Module Remove Before Flight tag

This white plastic and red metal tag has Velcro on the reverse. The front reads "Remove Before Flight" and includes markings: LDW-10110 SN2 and LDW420-10112-1. About 2 inches wide. Interesting.

Here is an image of the tag as installed in the Apollo 12 LM prior to flight. The photo shows the Panel 5 area below the Commander's window.
